Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

…by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the 14-day period expires.
Please note: Some of our products are produced using print-on-demand services (e.g. T-shirts, posters, hoodies). These items are individually manufactured for each order. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal, but production and delivery times may vary.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the standard offered), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever comes first.
You must send the goods back to us promptly and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content (e.g. MP3 downloads, digital voucher codes) if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.
This applies, for example, to music downloads provided immediately after purchase.
