Our website is hosted by IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). The server location is Germany. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with IONOS according to Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Access Data and Log Files
When accessing our website, technical information is automatically collected (e.g. browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of access). IP addresses are anonymized. This data is used solely for statistical analysis and to improve the website’s security and stability.
5. Contact Form
If you contact us via our contact form, we will process your name, email address, and message to respond to your inquiry.

Cloudflare Turnstile (Spam Protection)
To protect our forms and website areas from spam and abuse, we use the privacy-friendly CAPTCHA service Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Turnstile is a non-intrusive security check that verifies requests without requiring user interaction or tracking. It does not use cookies or process personal data for marketing purposes.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting our website from abusive access attempts, spam, and bots.

6. Newsletter via Brevo
You may subscribe to our newsletter using a signup form provided by Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany).
The form is embedded via HTML.
We collect and store your email address and name (if provided) to send periodic emails.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may unsubscribe at any time.
We have concluded a DPA with Brevo in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
7. Offline Orders (e.g. DJ Services)
If you book services directly with us outside of the website (e.g. DJ performances via invoice), we process only the necessary data to fulfill the contract (e.g. name, address, invoice details).

14. Online Shop (WooCommerce)
When you place an order in our online shop, we process the following data in order to fulfill the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR):

- Payment information
- Order details (products, quantity, prices, date)
This data is necessary for processing your order and providing customer support.

To fulfill your order, we transmit the following data to Printful:
- Name
- Shipping address
- Order details
Printful processes this data solely for the purpose of manufacturing and shipping your order.
Transfers of data to the USA are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

17. Data Retention for Orders
In accordance with German tax and commercial law, invoice and order data must be stored for 10 years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Other data (e.g. accounts, canceled orders) will be deleted according to our deletion schedule unless legal obligations require longer storage.
